Kann ich ein Produkt bzw. eine Bestellung zurück schicken?

Ja. Du schickst uns die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück, wir prüfen sie dann und erstatten Dir den Betrag auf demselben Weg, wie das Geld zu uns gekommen ist. Schnellst möglich (auf jeden Fall innerhalb von 14 Tagen)! Gerne kannst Du uns sowohl deine komplette Bestellung als auch Teile einer Bestellung zurück schicken. Als kleiner Webshop können wir leider keine kostenlose Retoure anbieten. Somit tun wir vermutlich auch der Umwelt etwas Gutes: vielen überlegen sich dann vorhin, wie sie eine Retoure vermeiden können. Wir bitten eine Kopie der Rechnung oder das Widerrufsformular dazu zu legen.

Kann ich ein Produkt umtauschen?

Wenn Du von einem Produkt nicht überzeugt bist und ein anderes Muster, andere Größe, anderes Produkt bekommen möchtest, bitten wir Dir uns die zurück zu schicken Ware als Retoure zukommen zu lassen, und das Wunschprodukt als neue Bestellung über die Website zu bestellen. So bekommst Du schnell die gewünschte Ware, die Retouren werden unter Umständen etwas langsamer verarbeitet.

Mein Produkt hat einen Defekt, was mache ich nun?

Wenn trotz unserer Prüfung ein Artikel defekt wäre, kannst Du uns dazu eine Mail schicken. Darin beschreibst Du so ausführlich wie möglich das Problem und dokumentierst es mit einem Bild (oder zwei). So können wir am besten einschätzen, wie wir die passende Lösung für Dich finden können.

Ich habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten oder etwas bekommen, was ich nicht bestellt hatte, was nun?

Auch bei uns oder bei DHL geht mal was schief. In dem Fall melde Dich bei uns, dann finden wir eine Lösung, die für alle passt. Entweder leiten wir eine Nachforschung ein, bekommst Du einen Gutschein für Deinen nächsten Einkauf oder natürlich Deine Ware kostenlos nachgeliefert.
